Definition:
Leg Day - noun
The minimum one day of the week that gym goers are supposed to dedicate to exercising their lower body... yet many choose to skip because:
1. It kills.
2. Like who gets to see your legs anyway? Not like you can casually roll up your trouser legs half-mast to reveal some impressive calf bulge or hamstring heft - like you might do with your shirt sleeves (if you are a bit of a poseur).
3. It's well, kinda boring...
4. It kills TWICE AS BAD the next day.
5. And STILL WORSE the day after that.

Synopsis:
18 year old reformed tearaway Tyler Breck lives with his mum and kid sister. After one too many brushes with the law, he’s cleaned up his act and joined a gym.
He has his weekly regime down pat: Monday is ‘Gun Day’ (arms), Tuesday is abs, Wednesday – chest and shoulders. But Thursday? Thursday is ‘Leg Day’ and leg day is a killer. Ask any gym goer. All those squats and lunges are guaranteed to have you crawling out of bed the morning after and walking like an arthritic John Wayne for at least the next 48 hours. It’s no surprise that each week millions of otherwise dedicated gymheads give leg day the swerve.
Tyler is no exception…
Each episode begins with him packing his gym bag and heading out, determined that this week he will absolutely smash leg day. For added incentive, his QuikBurger colleague and gym buddy Nate is waiting for him at the gym… and yet he always manages to revert to his old self and get ‘caught up’ in something else en route.
His weekly misadventures while skiving leg day include: being mistaken for a Premier League footballer and getting kidnapped; bumping into a beautiful ex-crush and accidentally becoming a Jehovah’s Witness; being detained by an armed anti-terrorist unit when his gym bag is mistaken for a suspect package. It’s enough to make him wish he’d gone ahead and endured ‘leg day’ after all. However, he never quite learns this lesson long enough for when the next leg day comes around and he’s open to whatever excuse presents itself to duck it again.
